About
My name is Todd Hoggarth, I started MyoTherapeutics Performance and Recovery with one mission: to help people feel strong in their bodies again without feeling like just another number in a crowded clinic. After growing up in the North Okanagan and Shuswap, I came back to serve this community with the kind of care I believe in: personal, evidence-based, and focused on real results.
After working directly with individuals in long term care it has shown me how critical mobility, and strength are to quality of life. My goal is to support people maintain their independence for as long as possible - empowering individuals to recover from injury, improve their functional capacity and stay active in their daily lives.
I’m a Registered Kinesiologist with a BSc in Kinesiology from SFU (Active Health & Rehab), a Health & Fitness Certificate, and recent graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. Whether you’re dealing with a car accident, injury, chronic pain, or just want to move better, I’m here to help you get back to doing what you love.
MyoTherapeutics is built on the principle of “Myo” — muscle — and movement that matters. I offer 1-on-1 mobile or in-clinic sessions to support everything from ICBC active rehab and post-stroke recovery to strength building, fall prevention, and performance coaching. My clients range from seniors regaining mobility to athletes recovering from injury and every plan is tailored for your specific needs.
Myotherapeutics Performance & Recovery is conveniently located inside the Alexander Street Clinic, alongside the Shuswap Cardiac Society, in downtown Salmon Arm, BC. We provide evidence-based kinesiology, rehabilitation, and performance services in a collaborative medical environment.
Free parking is available behind the building (2-hour limit via Ross Street) or 1-hour street parking directly out front on Alexander Street.
