Ergonomics

Is the study of how people interact with their environments, tools and tasks with the goal of optimizing human well-being and overall work performance.

Rehabilitation

Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement. In rehab settings, kinesiologists use exercise and movement-based therapies to help clients regain strength, mobility, and endurance to reduce chronic pain and manage chronic conditions.

Athletic Performance

The performance aspect of kinesiology, goes beyond rehabilitation and focuses on enhancing physical capabilities through movement science.​ Topics covered in this section will relate to:

Optimizing your training plans through periodization. Sport Specific Training. Nutrition. Movement biomechanics (lifting form or running gait analysis)

& recovery. 

Health, Wellness & Injury Prevention

In this section we cover topics that promote overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being, aim to prevent illness, manage chronic conditions, and support lifelong healthy habits.
